Housing Law
We may advise, negotiate for or represent tenants in these kinds of cases and related matters: (a) eviction; (b) section 8 and other rent subsidies; (c) conditions issues; (d) lease issues; and (e) security deposit.
Public Entitlements
LSNWJ assists people with government-provided entitlements to meet essential needs. Apply for legal services if your benefits have been denied, reduced, or terminated. If you have been sanctioned or subject to an overpayment, apply to LSNWJ.
Unemployment
Unemployment Insurance Benefits are government benefits that give financial support to people who lose their job through no
fault of their own. Apply to LSNWJ if your benefits have been denied or terminated, or if you are subject to an overpayment.
