We work to enhance the autonomy of our clients by assisting them in planning for their future and protecting their individual rights and interests.
Consumers are people who buy things or services for themselves and their families, use credit cards or loans for themselves and their families, use personal bank accounts, owe personal income tax. We may advise, negotiate for or represent consumers in certain cases.
The level of assistance provided for all family law matters ranges from advice to document preparation and in-court representation, in the following types of matters: (a) domestic violence and sexual violence; (b) custody and parenting time; (c) relocation out of state by a custodial parent; (d)grandparent visitation; (e)child support; (f) spousal support; (g) divorce, and, (h) wills.
We may advise, negotiate for or represent tenants in these kinds of cases and related matters: (a) eviction; (b) section 8 and other rent subsidies; (c) conditions issues; (d) lease issues; and (e) security deposit.
LSNWJ assists people with government-provided entitlements to meet essential needs. Apply for legal services if your benefits have been denied, reduced, or terminated. If you have been sanctioned or subject to an overpayment, apply to LSNWJ.
